Noelle has over 6 years of experience and is continues to further her education and abilities through courses with Redkin and other beauty organizations. As a graduate of Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty, Noelle is not only a great hair stylist but also prides herself on being a color specialist. From Proms and Weddings to your routine hair trims, Scissor Kicks has the skill and ability to provide you with the style you want.
