I had a terrible time with a rude gentleman who answered the phone. Previously when I worked at a company I had to use my personal credit card for payment so the service would not be shut off. I left that company 14 months ago and found a charge this morning on my card. (unauthorized). I called in and spoke with a employee of Page Plus who was very rude on the phone and wouldn't tell me who I am to speak with and when I would be able to speak with them.
