I live in a community that kachina manages and they are by far the worst I have ever dealt with want to remove 300sf og grass from the front yard and bring it back to desert landscaping they made me submit a sketch for their architectural review board which i did 2 months ago and I still have not heard back am glad i am moving from their subdivision think we need to find another management group and dump them..
