I wish I could give it a negative star. We purchased a futon bed for our daughter on 2/22/09 and some time before 2/28/09 the stitching on the seat started coming apart. Well they do not offer refunds and they do not make this type of bed/sofa anymore (thickness) so our only option was to let them try and repair it. They promised we would have it back by Tuesday, not bad since we gave it to them on Saturday, well we picked it on Wednesday 3/4/09 and needless to say the "repair" was shotty, they stated that they had it melted underneath, it looked as though it was superglued together, it looks as if it is already seperating, I told them to make sure to have all the other seams checked, they didn't, you can see other seams seperating already. This is something I would expect after a few years of use but not 6 days. Be very careful about what you purchase from there and keep in mind they do not stand behind their product or they would offer a refund policy of some kind.
