This is not a company I would recommend to my Dog. They lack professionalism. In a world that has enough bullies. These people are animals. From the salesmen; and the service department is a joke. The saddest thing is that they need the very people they trample all over once your in a contract with them. This has been a total nightmare. I pray that they get just what they give. Just because you can, doesn't mean you do. (Deja) is incredibly rude one of the representatives from The finance company, she lacks basic etiquettes that would keep this jack legged company running. I sent my car to these people to be repaired. The car was damaged on their parking lot. If I hadn't had video from the tow. They would have stuck me. Once it was declared that the damage was done by them. The person in charge of the service department didn't apologize. I'm scared to take the vehicle to them for repair because I don't trust them. NEVER AGAIN. Everybody has their day. A company like this will not stay in business like this. They will eventually get what's coming to them. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.

This is the worst company I have encountered. They called me up and told me that I did not have insurance on my vehicle and was in violation of the contract. I have always had high limits of insurance through State Farm and never late on a payment. They accused me of taking the GPS tracker off and I didn't touch it. I am not a mechanic and do not know where to find that thing. I have the vehicle being repaired right now by them and they told me I can't drive it out of state. That is just ridiculous since I don't have a history of not making payments. She was rude to me on the phone when I got defensive. I have had nothing but problems with this stupid vehicle and it always has some problem that needs to be repaired. Don't use them! I would give them zero starts if I could.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely the worst car company ever. Especially Erika who works in the glendale office she is rude, unprofessional when she answers the phone. I don't understand why there are is only one person who works this part of the business but it is ridiculous. Do not finance through them they need to fix this problem or they will continuously loose business starting with me!

This company is a scam and all they want to do is take your hard earned money for following their salesmens requirement then repossess you car. The company is a scam ...there financing is a scam ...their whole operation is rude and a scamLook for update in the legal system and 3 on your side but please stay away from these crooks

Do not purchase a car from here if you need a little time make a payment you have to give them the reason why then document it or they'll turn your car off so it won't start and I'm not talking you need a month I'm talking few days this is a unreasonable bullying tactic also it's not a simple interest loan you can't just pay off the balance you have to pay off all the interest as well lesson do not buy a car from here I warned you
