Frankly I did not have that great of an experience. We bought a specialty computer they built for gaming. I also had my laptop repaired. They wiped the laptop clean, and when they put it back no Microsoft office. I asked before I left and they said they reinstalled it, clearly they did not.



Later when the computer they built had difficulty one of their techs said we had too many programs running (not online programs-theirs), disabled a lot of programs and told us they had to leave early that day. Since they did that part remote, my son had to put back all the programs because he needed the computer for school and he was not sure which he needed and didn't. I also did not get a sticker for the operating system. So if you buy one of theirs make sure you have the sticker, one for your computer not the businesses. If you ever need to reinstall it you will not be able to.



There were so many issues to fix, I just bought my son an HP from Best Buy. I have an operating system sticker, and it works wonderfully.



I was really disappointed in the way they handled the situation and the the computers.

I needed a computer for my flight sim hobby, and Gordon, fixed me help with a good computer system. There service was timely and first rate. If you need a computer system, I would go to their store first. It will be the only store you will need to visit. I will go back to them every time I have a need to upgrade or to get repairs done.

I wanted to post a comment regarding this family owned and operated company. I am so glad that I have met Gordan several years ago. He has repair sold and assisted me in a lot of computer needs. He help me setup home networks, Help assist in purchasing the right equipment that i need. The team have also been on top of their game and I have to say that their responses are quick and repairs are very reasonable, never is their pressure on customers. Reliable and trust worthy group. I would highly recommend Computer Guys of Glendale to anyone. WAIT I HAVE AND WILL C CONTINUE TO DO SO. AWESOME STORE AND AWESOME PEOPLE. HOPE TO CONTINUE TO SEE THIS PLACE GROW AND EXPAND....
