Very courteous and professional service. I needed a change out of a tub spout and a kitchen faucet that was broken. I would not consider them major repairs, but when you have no water in your kitchen it is a big issue for me. I called Mr. Cole on Friday evening, and he came right out the next morning to do the repairs. He gave me information on what to look for with some other issues that he saw, and I will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing issues.

We had a good experience with Cole Plumbing today. Bob Cole came on short notice and he was very friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly and didn't stop till it was done to his satisfaction. I don't have much experience with plumbers but the price seemed fair enough or maybe I just want a nice shower in my own bathroom real bad. lol He thinks it is fixed and I trust him on that. Time will tell but I am sure that if there's a repeat problem on this fix, he'll return and treat us fairly. Thank you for a good experience Cole Plumbing.

Bob Cole called to say he would be a little bit late and still arrived during the estimated time frame. The estimate he gave was fair and the job, though longer and more complicated than anticipated, was charged at that price. The opportunity was there to up the job and raise his fee, but he didn't do it. Bob was fair and he did an excellent job for us. We have another plumbing job planned in the near future and we intend to use Cole Plumbing again.

Bob is an awesome plumber! We called him on a Sunday about several clogs that we had at the house. He told us he would be there within an hour and he was. He quickly assessed the situation a resolved them all. Bob cleaned the areas that he worked in. I would highly recommend Bob for any plumbing issues you may have.

Saturday afternoon, my wife discovered water seeping up from the flower bed about 15 feet from the main into the house. I recognized it immediately as a water main leak. It had broken before years ago and could be nothing else. The location was problematic as the sidewalk was on one side, a brick wall just 2-1/2 ft on the other side with a 1/2" pvc line and wiring for the sprinkler system right down the middle. I dug for hours as the ground was once a river bed and it is full of baseball size and smaller rocks. That was the hard part. Once I exposed the pipe I called Cole Plumbing to come the next morning and make the connection. The answer was : I don't do that kind of work on a Sunday but if I come over its going to be 200 bucks. Then he told me how he would fix it. Ok... I fixed it myself and saved 200 bucks. I even had the parts in my garage I needed and all the tools. The hard part was digging >the easy part was the connection. Save yorself some $,do it yourself

Great guy, great service, great price. Can't really ask for too much more. As soon as he left, I called my parents who were looking to get some work done, and enthusiastically recommended Cole - that says it all.
