I made an appointment online to fix my iPhone charging issue. When I walked into the store at 3:30 on a tuesday afternoon there must have been 50 people in there. I was taken aback. People were standing all over the place, leaning on walls and even sittiing on the floor. I did not know what to do, where to go. I looked around for employees and saw some all the way in the back behind a table or desk. Getting to that table was too daunting, I would have to push through people. It was very chaotic with no signs or instructions about where to go or what to do.. Couldn't tell if there was a line anywhere. I quickly decided to turn around and go. I'll try to find someone online or something. The worst store environment I've ever been too Don't know what that was all about but I know I won't go back there again. It maybe that Apples feels it is too high and mighty to provide great customer service and they are too controlling. Stay away!

I ordered a power cord on the phone only to receive the wrong one. I called the store and made an appointment to return the wrong cord plus the faulty cord in hopes of getting a proper new one. I made an appointment for myself and another appointment for my mother. The appointments were 15 min apart. I received confirmation for only one appointment. I tried calling the store and was transferred from one recording message to another. After 20 min I got a person who could not help me with confirming the two appointments. He said hold and I will get someone on the line. I waited on hold for 45 min before hanging up. Dreadful customer service!!!
