John is in his 25th year as a mortgage consultant with Prosperity Home Mortgage. During this time he has helped thousands of clients achieve their dream of home ownership. He takes the time to listen and provides insight into financing options that help borrowers and realtors navigate the home buying process. John was listed in the Top 1% of mortgage originators since 2012 and has been a perennial winner of Philadelphia Magazine's 5 Star Mortgage Professional Award since 2011. John previously worked in the investment industry and holds degrees in accounting and management from LaSalle University.
