      Welcome to the law office of Richard A. Kocurek. Richard Kocurek has been in private practice for over 25 years and has offices in both Berwyn, Illinois and Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Our office concentrates in estate planning, probate and related matters and real estate transactions-both residential and commercial. We offer personal service in a small friendly office setting. My assistants have each been with me for over 15 years and are not only friendly, but knowledgeable about what needs to be done to best assist and serve our clients. Our office takes pride in charging reasonable rates and taking the time to get to know our clients. Since I started my practice, I have offered to make house calls for the disabled, and continue to do so, as there is always a need for this service. My office handles real estate matters and probates matters in both Cook and DuPage counties. Our office is able to handle your estate planning needs, including probates, clearance of estates and taking care of your estate planning to provide for your future needs. We can prepare your Living Trust, Revocable Trust, Land Trust, Will, durable power of attorney, health care power of attorney, living will or any other appropriate document or estate planning tool that may best fit your needs. Estate planning is one of the most important steps a person can take to make sure that their property and their health care wishes are honored and protected, and that their loved ones are provided for in the event of their incapacity or death. Our office can prepare all the documents necessary to implement your estate plan.
