Catherine Young is both a licensed marriage and family therapist (license # MFC36431) and a certified hypnotherapist with a private practice in Sonoma, CA. She has over 15 years of experience working as a therapist with both adults and children. Catherine has training in a wide variety of techniques and therapies including EMDR and EFT, and is able customize therapy to meet the specific needs, wants and desires of each client. Regarding her approach to therapy she writes, “As a therapist I honor each person as a unique individual with his or her own path. In individual therapy I work with my clients, in collaboration, to achieve the best results. I explain and offer choices regarding the modalities used in therapy.
