I came across this review site, I had to laugh at the guy who wrote the last review as it took him 5 times as a customer to complain. Where did he find the time after all he works 70 hours a week? And as for the employees was sitting there drinking a 16 ounce bud light I know Dan dont let lite beer on the grounds. (Irish whisky or nothing). Its a fantastic place to come Zcat , Dan runs the shop like a personal business, he is very personal and he has forgot more than most people know about the equipment , chemicals, people should be paying this man for his advice , he will not try to sell you more then you need, never pushes sales ,his take it or leave it keeps you wanting more. No one seems to complain when Dan saves them from buying new stuff and fixes their outdated stuff. So next time you go, leave zcat a real review as this company doesnt need to be there, other than the love of what they do. What that is .

I have been here on 5 separate occasions. Dan and Libby are outright unprofessional and rude. I think Dan knows his trade, but Z Cat will treat you like you are annoying them. They lost my invoices and took several days to deposit a check so I could pick up a mission critical piece of equipment. I received a voicemail from Libby at 3:12 PM stating that I should come pick up my equipment as it was finished, I showed up at 4:54 PM and Dan did not want to let me pick up my equipment as they were 'closed' (hours end at 5PM). Dan then later explains that the equipment was not actually done being worked on. The cherry on top was the fact that one of the employees was sitting there drinking a 16 ounce bud light, during business hours, on property, and nobody offered to hook up the hoses to my equipment so I could take it home. Thank you Z Cat for wasting my time. As a business manager, I do not have two additional hours to waste on a return trip when I already work 6 days a week, averaging 70 hours a week. I did not appreciate he attitude I was consistently given, I did not appreciate the lack of sense of urgency and I did not appreciate the consistent miscommunication throughout the process. And of course, no apology from Z Cat at any time.

I am new to the pressure washing game. These guys really live this stuff. They are very helpful and eager to share their knowledge. It felt good to commit my time and money to get a real solution to my needs. They should get 5 stars but they were out of stock on something they said they had.

I was pleasantly surprised with their pressure washer. Well worth it & cost effective!

Amazing how this thing cleans anything!
