Thomas Phan, M.D. is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with subspecialty fellowship training in Pain Management. He specializes in chronic pain management and minimally invasive procedures to treat painful disorders of the spine, muscles, and peripheral joints. Dr. Phan promotes a conservative, multidisciplinary approach to pain management. He has conducted research on the use of peripheral nerve stimulation to control postamputation pain.
