Very glad to have chosen this location. The staff is very friendly both on the phone and in person. This is a newer building and the staff do a very good job of keeping it clean, especially in the inside unit hallways. One thing I would like is if the A/C was a bit cooler but at least the climate controlled areas are dehumidified to help keep the customer's things in better shape. I would highly recommend this location.

I was renting from EZ Storage in Glen Burnie paying about $120 for a 5 x 10 space when I decided to check out Extra Space Storage newly built only a few months ago next to the Royal Farms off Ritchie Hwy. The receptionist at desk was very courteous and gave me a quote I could not refuse for same size storage which was about half I was paying just a block away. needless to say I moved into Extra Space Storage next day. The facility is very clean and secure with their keypad on every floor to authenticate each renter. Glad I found this place in these economically challenging times.
