Decent place to live day-to-day, but the management practices in regards to monetary charges are deceptive, arbitrary and harsh in my opinion. I think that their practices in this regard are very unfair. Beware that when you give notice of non-renewal, they will ask you to sign an agreement to pay multiple move-out charges. These charges are nowhere listed in the lease agreement you sign at the beginning. They try to slip this agreement in on the back end so that they can charge you all kinds of fees after you move out. Then, upon moving out, they come up with all kinds of little items which are supposedly needing to be fixed or cleaned, etc., many of which are not even listed in the back-end move-out charge agreement. They arbitrarily decide that you owe them money for this, that and the other, with no basis for such specific charges in the lease, and many not even listed in the long list of move-out charges.
