Been a long time customer but no longer. Had my gel nail polish changed and was quoted one price get to the register and it is a different price. Oh the extra is for taking off the old polish. Well that should of been included when you state the price before you did the service. Then to top it off the gel on my thumbs ran because of the angle of the dryer and the tech tells me "you messed up you nail take too long to redo. When it is obvious I am not happy she asked to you want me to fix it. Buy that point I am so pissed all I want is out of the salon and to never use them again. Sad thing is this is the same tech I always use and she should have corrected the messed up nails without asking if I want her to and she should not blame the customer when they do not have the proper area to use the dryer for gel polish to start with.
