Private and semi-private training in the Basics of Pistol shooting. The goal of this course is to teach students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. This is the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course which is a requirement of the CT permit application to carry pistols and revolvers. In 2016 the NRA is moving to a blended e-learning and onsite program. Call to get the latest information and schedule your session. Training is held on Tuesday by appointment. The information and skills learned in this class will help anyone who wants to better understand handgun safety, basic operation, or shooting sports.
