Prenatal classes. Vigorous classes. And therapeutic classes. Students vary in ages from 5 to over 80. With many different body shapes and abilities. Yoga poses are adapted to the individual including those with HIP replacements. Knee replacements. Scoliosis. Injury. Downs syndrome just to name a FEW.
