I have done business with them for years and just got my phone up dated to a smart phone. I am old school and don't like changes but my family and friends loves to text and they send me pictures. I had a small cell phone and was hard to see pictures and my friends ask to see my new great grand babies pictures and I ask my sister in law to show them, sense she has a large screen smart phone.That's when I felt I needed to upgrade my phone. Thanks to Gibson Lowe who was so kind and very helpful to my husband and me.

If you do not like Google but have an Android phone...You do not have to be totally Googled on it. But this particular store will not tell you that. They are rude and condescending. Others told me not to waste my time in Glasgow, to go to Bowling Green. I should have listened. Not sure if Glasgow store just has a confidence problem and are nasty to get rid of you or it just comes naturally. If you need service go to Bowling Green and go early.
