Called at 1:18 pm and spoke to an associate there to make a reservation for 6pm. When I arrived at the grille with my party, I was greeted with saying there was no reservation made and they stop taking reservations the day before. I asked the hostess if I called the right number and she said yes. She then rudely told me that she was the only hostess there and if there was a reservation made she would've been the one to make it. I have eaten at this restaurant before, but I will not be returning.

I moved from Girard to California in 1979. We are loaded with fancy, expensive restaurants out here where you have to mortgage your house to get a good meal. I visit my home town about twice a year and, while there, eat as often as I can at Margherita's Grille. It has more of everything you look for in a good restaurant: good service, good atmosphere, good entertainment, good employees, and GREAT food. The food rivals anything I have found out here in the Bay Area. I love this place and can't wait to get back. -Tom Richards, Campbell, CA
