I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, CA with experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, disordered eating, poor body image, and trauma. I am passionate about helping clients find peace with anxiety reduction, mindfulness, releasing trauma or making peace with food and their bodies.
