My comments pertain to Cummins Rocky Mountain & Field Service Supervisor Ted Oxtra. Following an RV breakdown my tow service co. arranged a tow to Cummins Rocky Mountain. I was assured it to be a qualified repair facility. While enroute I called Cummins & transferred to Mr. Ted Oxtra. Ted reiterated what I was told by the tow service rep assuring me he would help in any way to determine the breakdown cause along with the necessary repairs. Since the RV had a Cummins ISL diesel I felt confident the 90 mile tow was appropriate. When I arrived Ted delivered on all he said. He was professional, understanding & knowledgeable in quickly determining the breakdown cause and needed repairs. Ted handled the repairs with extra measures to ensure the engine performed properly. The businesses reputation is built by the people they employ. Without any reservations I recommend Cummins Rocky Mountain for diesel repair and service due to the outstanding service from Ted Oxtra.
