Heritage Manor was founded in 1970 and is located in Gillespie, Ill. It is a Medicare-certified facility. Its physical therapy department provides evaluation and treatment of most diagnoses and conditions. The department s hands-on therapy is provided under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The center also specializes in providing hospice care for people with limited life expectancies. Heritage Manor is a member of the Illinois Health Care Association, the American Health Care Association and the local Coal County Chamber of Commerce. Its services include diet, nutrition, maintenance, nursing and housekeeping. Additionally, the center provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also offers respite care, transportation and additional services, such as resident and family councils, ladies auxiliary and consultancy services.
