If we didn't tell, you may have never realized that we are less than a mile from Kentucky Dam Marina and only three from Interstate 24. Our full service sites, rooms or cottages will make your stay enjoyable, and our on site management will ensure it is worry free. We enjoy our resort so much, we make it our year round home. So if your staying for a night or a month, we have you covered. Come visit us and discover the hospitality that awaits. Overnighter's are always welcome. We'll see you soon.

      We have kitchenettes and a cottage with fire-places. We also have Jacuzzi suites and regular motel rooms.Our RV-PARK has full hook-ups with 30/50 amp services, and sewage. We have large pull-thrus to handle any size rig. We also have a bath-house and dump station.

      We are located just 3 miles from exit 27 of I-24 in Gilbertsville KY. We are 1 mile south of the KY DAM on US 641. We are 1/2 mile from the KY DAM Marina boat ramp.
      Amenities
      We have a fishing pond on-site for our guest. All our rooms have a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, and cable tv. Our kitchenettes and cottage also have a stove/oven, basic pots and pans, place setting for four, and a fire-place. Wi-Fi is available at the office.
