Walter Villanueva, D.D.S., is a board certified pediatric dentist. Originally from Rochester, NY, he moved to Phoenix to promote healthy smiles in July of 2009. Dr. Villanueva has practiced pediatric dentistry for several years across the country prior to bringing his joy of and talents in dentistry to Gilbert, Arizona. Dr. Villanueva graduated and earned his dental degree from the University of Buffalo – School of Dental Medicine. After finishing his dental education, he moved to New York City where he received additional training & completed his residency in the field of pediatric dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center Hospital. Dr. Villanueva holds an active membership in the ADA (American Dental Association) and the AAPD (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry). He also is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When he is not helping to improve little smiles in the East Valley, he enjoys camping, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities.
