HORRIBLE...the rudest staff ever, especially Jeannie at front desk. They do not care about customer service...just money. Don't be a minute late renewing or checking out or you're charged $25.00. You cannot check out or check in on Sunday, because they work so hard that the office is closed on Sunday...for a hotel????? NO WIFI even when they say there is. Just the worst customer service for a hotel that I have ever seen. The staff has zero care about you, your stay, or what you think. Corporate doesn't even call back for complaints. The maintenance guy is totally rude and inconsiderate too. Stay far away from here.....THE WORST EVER. You get what you pay for....actually, you don't here.

I had a terrible experience here, from people smoking everywhere to the maintenance man making too much noise with all his buddies. This is not a very safe place to stay in if you have kids. When I first checked in, the general manager was hypocritely very nice, but when I checked out she didn't even ask how my stay was .Well she probably guessed right, that it was terrible, but was too careless to ask. I will not stay here again.

There's bedbugs here. Don't bother telling the managers or the maintenance guy to check, because they won't care or will call you a liar. I found several in the kitchenette and had to throw away all the food. I lost about $359. by staying here for 3 days. I left early and will never come back. The room is so gross, that's why it's getting renovated, but bed bugs never leave unless they tear down the whole building. This is not a good place to stay if you have kids or are a nonsmoker. There's cigarette pollution everywhere by all the gross people who stay here.

If they have to send the maintenance guy to check your room,he will get very upset at you if you insist on him to check behind the beds. The units are gross. They are actually renovating it because of the bug problem, but what they won't tell you is that the bugs won't go away unless they tear the whole place down and rebuild the place. They go through the dwellings and inside small holes on the floor and walls. I saw a couple in the kitchenette area. If you are a nonsmoker, beware because there's people smoking everywhere here. The smokers will get a smoking room,but then they will go outside to smoke so their room won't stink, how bazaar, they must be ill of their mind. By the way the floors are so dirty, my son got a fever and started throwing up during my stay there and he never gets sick elsewhere, but I really think it's because of the filth that's in that place and the cigarette pollution. Never staying here again, should have known better!
