General Info

Cyndy Churgin is originally from Montreal, Canada. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1981 and has been practicing in the east valley since 1985. Cyndy enjoys the care of women's health throughout their life and has many long-established patients. As a nurse practitioner, she has expanded her practice to include PCOS, vulvar skin conditions, menopause management including insertion of hormone pellets, abnormal pap smears/colposcopy, pediatric and adolescent gynecology and the care of LGBT patients. Cyndy lives in Tempe with her golden retriever, Rusty. Her two adult children are pursuing their medical careers in zoo veterinary medicine and ophthalmology.
