True Athlete offers summer camps and clinics for football and softball athletes in the Puget Sound area. Our camps and clinics are specifically geared toward middle-school aged athletes who are looking to improve their skills, technique, power, speed, and/or agility. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our coaches are here to guide and motivate each individual athlete in an uplifting team atmosphere. With a wealth of strength and conditioning knowledge and years of coaching experience, our goal is to train our athletes to be the best they can be, both mentally and physically.
