PSA: We were formerly located at 1001 S 38th St. in Tacoma but we have moved to 4810 Point Fosdick Dr. We are a law firm that can provide individual attention to each client, attorney to client. Established in 1956, we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to handle your problem, or to refer you to the attorney who can. John C. Vernon was admitted to practice in 1976. After handling general litigation in divorce, criminal and business, he has limited his practice to injury claims for the past 20 years. Craig L. Powers was admitted to practice in 1979 and has limited his practice to personal counseling in estate planning, elder law, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, probates, real estate, guardianships, and business (LLCs and corporations). Craig L. Powers has retired and John C. Vernon is handling all of his clients. It is our goal to become the "Attorney" for each of our clients on a permanent basis, and to answer any legal questions they may have and provide them support in troubled times. In doing so, we review their legal concerns, draft appropriate legal documents, obtain restitution for injuries and other wrongs committed against them and litigate their cases when those responsible for damages are unwilling to provide just and reasonable compensation.
