      Ken Hope installed a new AC system for me a little over a month ago. It's quit working twice already. Repairman today said I needed to leave the thermostat on 78 degrees to keep it from freezing up. Avoid this! Make sure you do business with someone with a real answering service!

      On Monday 8/1/2016 made appointment for Ken Hope A/C to install a concrete pad for outside a/c unit and was advise a tech would come by on Tuesday 8/2/2016 between noon to 3 pm. On day of scheduled visit no tech showed up or called. At 4 pm called Ken Hope A/C office that tech was running late on another job, which they had been informed, gee thanks for not calling me and let me know. Would I like to re-schedule for another day, NOT NOW.
