Organized in November 2005, One Earth Energy, LLC is a development-stage Illinois limited liability company. The purpose of the company is to raise capital for developing, constructing, owning and operating a 100 million gallon per year ethanol plant located near Gibson City, Illinois in the Ford County. The intention of the plant is to benefit the investors, farmers and the community. Fagen, Inc., a design-builder, is engaged to lay down the engineering specifications of the company s ethanol plant. The ethanol plant s principal products are fuel-grade ethanol and distillers grains. Raw carbon dioxide gas is another co-product of the ethanol production process.
