Very unhelpful staff, long phone wait times, and seemingly no desire to go out of their way to find common knowledge of hospital operating classes times or schedules. Needless to say, after the complete rudeness of all I spoke to on the phone, I will drive the extra distance should I ever need to go to a hospital.
