This is the WORST place I have EVER lived in. Not only are there ridiculous restrictions, such as not being able to work on my own vehicle, but the price I have to pay for lot rent is TOO HIGH!! Other mobile home parks' lot rent is WAY cheaper!!!! I was lied to by one of their mobile home dealers when I bought one of their so-called "custom built homes" and then they had the nerve to SHUT OFF OUR WATER during the winter for DAYS!!! I have and will continue to direct my coworkers, friends and family AWAY from this rip-off establishment. I am paying a ridiculous amount of property tax on top of the lot rent, which means I am paying the equivalent of a DOUBLE MORTGAGE!!! My credit has had to suffer because of the amount of money I have to pay these greedy creeps just to exist in this puny lot and it's STUFFY rules!!!
