They charged my credit card twice. It was a mistake and happened because the system went down while processing my transaction. However they dont want to do anything about it now. The manager does not get back to you and nothing can be done at the salon. Really hard to believe they can't process a refund or issue a gift card for the next time you come in. Corporate must take care of everything i was told. I will dispute the charge with my credit card and not return to Holiday Hair.
