      I took a pair of pants here to get the zipper replaced. He told me they would be ready after 4:00 8 days later (already a long time for such a quick fix). The afternoon I was supposed to pick them up I received a call that they wouldn't be ready for 2-3 more days. This is not a job that required a lot of craftsmanship or attention to detail, it was a quick affair, and that it could not be done within a reasonable time limit is unacceptable. It is equally unacceptable that I was only informed that the job would not be done 2 hours before pick up, and finally, it is unacceptable that no new, concrete pick up date could be established.
