the best baked goods (especially birthday cake) in the greater Memphis area. i recommend the white cake with strawberry filling. delicious!

The cakes are gorgeous and taste fabulous. Cakes start at $3 per slice on up. If you want muffins which they specialize in, you have to provide the tiered pieces to show them on....totally ridiculous! You should be able to rent from them these pieces. Employee was not friendly even though we purchased a $400 birthday cake. UNBELIEVABLE. She wasn't rude per se, but was not at all helpful and very snooty. We called the day before to find out if we needed an appointment to taste test the cake or see designs and were told to just come on in. We did so, but when we arrived, the employee looked unprofessional and put-off that we were there to make her work. THEN, we were told they do not provide taste testing...how do we pick a cake then? To top it off, we purchased and came back 15 minutes later with our invitaitons so the colors would match and arrived to see "an appointment" that arrived while we were leaving originally...TASTE TESTING a sampling of cakes on a plate. What the heck? Lied to? YES. The cookies, cakes, etc. are fantastic to look at and great to taste, but the unprofessional way we were handled and treated was a disgrace to the business and completely out-of-line. Will NEVER purchase from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
