I want to say THANK YOU to the nurses and doctors who saved my life 03/07/2012 at Camplbell Clinic Surgery Center. Each one of you will hold a special place in my heart forever. The service that I have always received has been wonderful. Special thanks to Dr.Dockery and his nurse Densie for putting me at the top of the list for my cervical block on 3/7/2012 instead of 3/29/2012. I did not get the cervical block that day but got a second chance on life. I believe if I had not been at the surgery center that day, I would not have survived my heart attack.
