Nicole has over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Human Resources Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Management for businesses and government contractors. Her experience in Human Resources and Compliance includes labor and legal compliance, with applicable federal, state, local and project specific requirements. Nicole’s experiences in Human Resource process implementation, compliance, recruiting, HR file audits, policy reform, training, benefits administration, and employee relations management have helped her to become a highly recruited Human Resource Consultant. NLH Contracting is a professional firm focused on results and solutions to support our clients. We help small businesses, non-profit organizations, local, state and federal municipalities maximize their operational and strategic back-office capabilities. NLH Contracting is committed to cooperation with each client to understand their unique business challenges.
