If you have a problem with your service trust me you will not get good customer service. I spent over $125 on my two daughters and myself and my hair cut did not turn out the way I had hoped. The stylist removed 2 inches of hair and created on layer, with at least two inches seperating the layers. I have curly hair so it is extremely noticeable and embarassing. Its now too short to put in a poinytale and too long in the back to be a short sholder cut.I contacted the manager and requested for the layers to be blended better and the cut to be done by another stylist at no charge - fix the errror. The new stylist wanted to charge me. My only option was to wait another day with a bad hair cut and have the original stylist recut my hair, having to cut more hair off. Did I mention I am trying to grow my hair out.
