The store is understaffed and continuously makes errors filling scripts. The staff is not in any hurry to serve anyone. Customer service is only a phrase there. The drive through is a joke. waits can be upwards of a half hour with just one car ahead of you. This happened again tonight at 7:30 p.m. They were not even busy, but again very poor service and no regard for the customers time. In the past two months alone, I have been given the wrong scripts, wrong amounts of pills and then had CVS staff lose two scripts. They are very inefficient and I have never had a script ready on time, yet. I would not reccomend this store to anyone.
