Not at all family friendly. On August 16 the renters were given a notice that stated every child has to be with an adult at all times when they are outside. If they are not then they will be taken to the police and they will terminate the lease. It is not practical to think that an adult can be with a child every second he steps out the door. We do not live in a communist country and our children should not be raised to think we do. So the parents who may have to study or need to get work done have to keep their 12 year old inside. This is ridiculous. kids do not get out enough as it is. They also have let the yard become worse and worse with every year that goes by. I will be getting out of this communist dump as soon as I can. My advise is to stay away from this place if you have kids or want things to look decent. If you have no kids and never go outside then this is the place for you.

No place for a normal family to live. Lots of drug use in the complex, a couple people who hold felonies and also 2 sex offenders. Landlord doesn't approach problems in the complex, only tries to keep all apts full.
