The Kountry Kitchen in Georgetown Ms., was recommended to me by a regular customer of the restaurant I manage in Florence MS. I made the trip on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and mother in law. The food was outstanding!!! I've been a chef for 27 years and I'm here to tell you that the staff at this place can definitely lay down the grub. The variety is endless. Everything from catfish, ham, frog legs, and fried chicken and all the country vegetables you can imagine, along with awsome desserts and a down home country atmosphere that just can't be beat. The price is very very reasonable for the amount of food that they offer. Every table looks like grandma's dining room and that's just the way they treat you, just like family. Take my advise, take Hwy 27 to soul food heaven at the Kountry Kitchen in Georgetown MS. You won't regret it.
