- HolidaysWe are Closed for pick-ups and drop-offs on the following: New Year's Eve night; New Year's Day; Easter morning; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve night; Christmas Day.
- Included in all rates is bedding, stainless steel bowls for feeding and watering and two hand walks a day for each dog, individually. We NEVER turn all the dogs here out together, as we've heard too many horror stories about injuries and deaths at other kennels because of group outings. So, we prefer that your dog get one-on-one personal attention from one of us. We charge just like a human hotel. The day your arrive, you are charged for that day, regardless of drop-off time, but if you check out during our morning hours on any given day, you are not charged for that day. Example: If you check in on a Thursday night and check out on Friday morning, you are charged for one day. If you check in on a Thursday night and check out on Friday NIGHT, you are charged for two days.

- GroomingWe do not have a trained groomer on staff. However, we do offer the option of a bath, as well as nail trimming, before you pick your pet up. In addition, you can just call to schedule these services without boarding.
- RetailWe are glad to carry Iams Dog Food. We only carry a limited amount and we don't always stock the full variety of the products they offer, but if you call, we'll be happy to tell you what we do have in stock and we're even willing to look into getting a specific Iams food you're interested in. In addition, we carry Pill Pockets a great and delicious means of administering medications to dogs that are finicky about what's wrapped around their pills. And, we also carry assorted Red Barn chews/bones, as well as Hot Spots by Jude skin cream and shampoo.
- SnapSpot PlaytimeThink of it as a letter from "camp". We'll text or email you a picture of your furbaby playing, cuddling, securing the perimeter - whatever it is that your best buddy does best. 3 for $10 or 1 for $5.
- DogsAll of our enclosures are in a climate-controlled building, on 5+ acres. All dogs are walked outside three times a day, individually they're NEVER turned out with other dogs. The vast majority of the enclosures that we have are 4'x15' these are two-sided runs with a drop-down door between the two sides. This comes in handy when we're cleaning three times a day or if you have pets that can board together but need to be separated for feeding. We also have three 4'x5' enclosures in a separate room perfect for little dogs or older dogs who might be a bit overwhelmed by their neighbors on the main floor as well as four 8'x10' luxury suites (daily rate includes luxury bedding, food, and two playtimes). Regardless of the run size, we provide basic bedding and stainless steel bowls for food and water, but we do suggest that you bring your dog's regular food (or we can feed them kennel food for $1 per meal, per dog). You may also wish to bring toys and treats for your pet. All dogs are required to be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPPV or DA2PPV (distemper combo shot) and Bordatella(kennel cough). Please note that not all vets give the Bordatella vaccine as part of annual shots and it is not always good for a full year. So, please double-check with your vet. Additionally, we ask that your pet be on some kind of flea and tick preventative, and parasite-free.
- CatsCats are boarded in a room, separated from the dog kennels by the lobby. The cat cubbies are small, but perfect for most cats who just want to lay low until it's time to go home. We provide a litter box and cat litter, as well as bowls for food and water. Depending on the personalities of the felines staying with us at any given time, we try to give each cat some time out of their cubby free to roam the cat room, sit in the window seat and watch nature or to explore some of the cat scratch posts we have. We do ask you to bring your cat's regular food and we do require that they be current on the following vaccinations: Feline Leukemia, Feline Rabies, Feline Distemper.
- ChargesWe charge just like a human hotel. The day you arrive, you are charged for that day, but if you check out during our morning hours on any given day, you are not charged for that day. (Example: If you check in on a Thursday night and check out on Friday morning, you are charged for one day. If you check in on a Thursday night and check out on a Friday NIGHT, you are charged for two days.)
- DepositsFirst-time customers are required to leave a credit card number on file with us, make a deposit towards the final bill or they can pay the entire bill at the time of drop-off.
- Peak TimesDuring our peak times (April 1 - Labor Day weekend and any holiday) we must require payment for entire time booked even if you pick up early. However, you have up to the time of drop-off to change your pick-up date without any such charge. Once you sign your boarding agreement that states pick-up date, you will be charged for that number of days. We do this because of the extensive waiting lists we usually have during these times. If we know, in advance, that you are not going to need the space for some of the days, we can usually offer it to someone else who desperately wants it. If you pick-up early without notice, it's too late to offer the space to someone else.
- CancellationDuring our peak times (see above), we require a credit card on file to confirm the reservation. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, we will charge that credit card for three days stay, as we rarely fill a space without the 72 hours lead time. When we reach total occupancy, we have to refuse reservation requests or put them on a waiting list. If a cancellation is not made in a timely manner, we are unable, in most instances, to re-book the space we have held for you. This causes us to lose revenue and our other customers to have to change their plans because they had nowhere to board their pet.
- MedicationsAll medications must be in a veterinarian-supplied container with instructions written on it OR accompanied by a written instruction sheet from you, with your signature on it. There is a $0.50 charge per dose to administer medications and we require you to bring a means of administering (i.e. syringe, cheese, pill pockets, bread, hot dogs, etc.), or we can supply that means for an addition $0.50 per dose.
