WORST LANDLORDS I EVER HAD I leased a property from this company while they had the property for sale. When I moved in it was dirty, had nails sticking out of all the walls, and random clutter all through the property. I was there less than a week before they started violating my lease. They would regularly come into my apartment without permission or try to show the apartment without the notice specified in my lease. My lease specified 24 hours written notice and I never once received written notice and I had to threaten a civil suit before they would give 24 hours notice. The agent also tried to come into my house after that time while I was home and pretended she was adjusting the locks, even though that is still not legal.
