- MRIFor your first visit you will need your insurance card, and any paperwork that was sent to you that needed to be filled out. If you have any operative reports, MRI or X-ray results, and you may bring those as well. Additionally, if you are utilizing any type of brace, splint, or crutches, those should come with you.

- OrthopedicsAllison was born and raised in Phelps and graduated from Midlakes High School. She first became interested in the field of physical therapy after completing a medical exploration program in high school and later receiving physical therapy care herself for a sports related injury. She attended Daemen College for her undergraduate and graduate studies. Allison received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with minors in Biology and Entrepreneurship and later received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is eager to provide care for members of our community and looks forward to pursuing her board certification in orthopedics (OCS) in the coming years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating in the Finger Lakes region, and going for walks with her family's golden retriever.

- Manual TherapyThe interventions you receive will depend on what the physical therapist finds in the evaluation. Most physical therapy plans of care will include therapeutic exercise and functional training in sport, work, or home related tasks. Other interventions might include manual therapy techniques, orthotics, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, low-level laser therapy, biomechanical and postural reeducation, and ergonomic analysis.
