Provided by DexKnowsMy family came to Brian Bicknell nearly ten years ago when I had a fractured tooth and my current dentist was on vacation. His office fit me in, Dr. Bicknell gave me a complete discussion of my situation and my options, and then he sent me to the proper professional to have my fracture treated. We stayed with him because he is down to earth, provides excellent quality care, charges reasonably and works with you. Our family has had fillings, crowns and other dental work with him and it has all been of a quality that we were very pleased with. Highly recommended.

Provided by DexKnowsAfter my braces and retainers came off in 1993, in my 30s, my dentist put a splint on the back of my lower front teeth so they wouldn't move. It was a white composite that never stained, lasted nearly 17 years, and gradually wore away. It cost $150 (or about $250 in 2013 dollars). I needed to have it replaced in January 2010, as my teeth still tend to move if not restrained. Dr. Bicknell's $500 replacement splint lasted less than 4 years. In Oct 2013 I suddenly felt a large foreign object in my mouth (very weird experience) -- half the splint had come off. I used a pair of pliers to wrench out the loose piece, then cut off the tip of a nail file and filed down the sharp edge that was lacerating my tongue. The splint turned out to be a piece of screen covered with a thin layer of something that long ago stained gray (or else wore off so the screen was showing thru). Am not thrilled with Dr. Bicknell's recent repair job. I refused to have the mesh replaced, so I now have a thin layer of composite in its place. It is in no way equal to the original -- which was far less costly and of vastly superior quality.

Provided by YP.comMy family has been seeing Dr. Bicknell for years and he is wonderful. No one likes to go to the dentist and certainly not for treatment beyond a cleaning but when we need additional services, he's painless! My kids love him and over the years, I've never had a problem getting the kids to cooperate with the cleanings or fillings because his team has a way with making the kids feel comfortable.
