This location has moved to 4302 Gateway Drive as of October 4, 2021. We can't wait to show you our new medical campus! At Family Medicine - Geneseo, we know that restoring the health of our patients and building collaborative relationships go hand-in-hand. We are a family medicine practice, which means we see patients of all ages–from newborns to adults. Our goal is to provide premier care to the community we serve. We work closely with the Rochester area's top specialists in the Rochester Regional Health network to provide our patients with high-quality medical care, should you need care beyond your office visit with us.
