      Genesee Sausage is everything a fair type sausage should be: pure pork, smoked to perfection, delicious on a roll, delicious in a casserole, delicious in an omelette, delicious just by itself. My husband's grandparents introduced me to Genesee sausage over thirty years ago, and the product continues to be a family favorite.Jani Mae
