I left this place in tears today and had to go across the street to ask the Nail Palace to try and fix my nails after the owner of La Chic nails ruined my nails.I requested to have my acrylics removed and just replaced with jell polish . I have this proccedure done every 6 months in my home town but was out of town and thought I would walk in and have it done here.....It was a nice looking place but felt uncomfortable the min. I walked in as the gentleman was over anxious to run the customers through so fast and was repremending his employees in front of us customers embarrassing the employee and the customers while making an absolute of himself.........He never attempted to soak the acrylic off my nails but dug into them with clippers and cut into the quick of one of my nail and then preceded to cut the rest of my nails off!.I was livid and called his attention to what he he had done and his reply was, "tour natural nails will grow back! I never wanted to slap someone so bad in my life as he went on to put 4 layers of jell all over my cuticals along with my nails! My nails were into the quick and looked like some one had slapped a thick piece of pink bubble gum on the ends of my fingers!..I was charged $38 for this destruction...I ran across the street to Nail Palace and the lady was kind enough to repair as well as she could, the horrible mess he had made by professionally soaking the nail and redoing it all ......She only charged me $25 .If I knew how to post a Before and After photo I would and you would go into shock.........My nails have to grow out from the very ends of my fingers now and I always had nice long nails with or without acrylics! I have never written a bad review on a business before but this one deserves it! Do not make the same mistake I did...veryone I mentioned this to, knew exactly what place of buisiness I was referring to ......
