Really bad experience with scheduling and ethics. I went in an scheduled an appointment, it was only available to be made over a month out.. which was horrible. I was in pain so i told them to call me if there was an opening. They did in about 3 weeks but i told them i was unable to make it since i was out of town. The date of my appointment finally came and they had canceled it in their computer when they offered me the new apt and only would make me a new one ANOTHER month out. Busy isnt always a good thing.. i have a bad feeling about the level of care they can give if they cant even do scheduling right and are this busy.

10 out of 10 == referred by my dentist as i was unable to afford the terms locally. the work was superb, the terms were workable . enjoyed the whole implant procedure, if that is possible. staff was great, friendly and the atmosphere was laid back and easy.
